Received 2 calls in 30 min. period from two different recruters. Both asked for SS number, date of the bitrh etc.
Watch out, maybe this is some scam game.
They are looking engineers for Chrysler corp.

RGBSI, seems like a staffing agency hunting for engineers to work in Michigan. That fits my profile, but so I went along with it so far, but gave the wrong day when they asked for the month and day of my DOB (after asking for the last 4 of my SSN).
We'll see what happens, but from what I've gathered so far they seem legitimate.
Apparently Ford wants to meet with me in person before any phone contact (I live a 5 hour drive away), and I just got a call at 11:35pm which was met with an immediate hangup.
I'm calling it a scam, and saying RGBSI is probably a shill for debt collectors buying charged-off debt.
If you're an engineer looking for work, go along with it and mess up the info you give on purpose. If they are legitimate, the mistake on DOB/last 4 of SSN will be fixable when an employment contract is signed.
There is no reason to ask my DOB - which is akin to asking me my age for a job. They also asked for last 5 digits of my ss#. A legit company would not do that. Consumer affairs.
