SPAM - The automated voice said "This is your credit card company calling" with a "final notice" to lower my credit card interest rate, blah, blah, blah. My balance is paid off every month, so there would be no legitimate reason that my CC company would be calling me, especially out of Royal Oak, MI. Spam? Scam? Either way, not gonna fly with me! Besides, WHICH credit card company? If it were truly one that I hold a card with, they'd say, for example, Discover Card, Visa, etc.
