Got a call from (248) 707-1271 on 03 OCT 2014, at 7:03  pm.  Came up on caller ID as 7822580:8016390.   Been on the DNC call list for a long time.   I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and especially one with a caller ID like that.  Looked on line and no one seems to know who these folks are.  Hoping someone can use this info.  Sorry I can't offer more info/help.
