Just sounds like scam.  Don't know anyone from Michigan...  Woman speaks in panicked voice in another language (something completely I recognizable). sounds like Dutch, english, French, german, Spanish words all mixed together with some English thrown in.  Phrases like "We met at a party... I'm at the bank... They told me...". Sounds like call to garner sympathy.  A plea for help in the hope that someone will return their call.  An opportunity to scam the return caller.  The woman left a message on my cell which identified the number indicated above.  Needless to say, I didn't return the call.  It's absurd and nonsense.
