This number is a collections company for DTE. I don't know if it is a seperate company or DTE itself. So are the numbers 248-948-0412 and 248-948-2845. I know this because one time they got through to me and I marked the number in my phone. If you try calling these numbers back though they come up with a "The number you have dialed has been disconnected" messege. That is why I think it is a collections company.
