Claiming to be IRS and saying they are initiating lawsuit against me... Scam.... Scam... Scam... IRS CONTACTS BY MAIL NOT BY PHONE.

Called me to say an arrest warrant was issued and I would be arrested within 2 hours because of back taxes. Birmingham Michigan was the origination of the call.

The female voice said: "This call is officially the final notice from IRS. The reason of this call is to inform you IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 248-971-4182. Thank you."

It is a scam.

I have received two phone calls from this number today stating they are from the IRS and this is my final notice before they put a judgement on me.
