It is shocking to know i was charged 240 INR last month and 20 INR this months bill by automated sms to this No. 248985308. It says its an international number. Vodafone should either stop this or provide a valuable reason has to why this happens.
THIS method of cheating customers is akin to All Vodafone bosses pimping their wives to earn money like this.
These [***] also approve New Post Paid connections to customers without properly receiving the refundable amount Rs. 300 for each new connection (Apparently, the person who sold me a corporate Talk plan 249 took Rs 600 for two connections and appears he did not pay these [***]) and hence when I had closed my account they did not pay my Rs 600 back.
Customer care: A totally screwed up system where nobody cares..what a [***] she was
