Just go a call from this number today on my sons cell about 1030am called it back and disconnect notice. The really odd thing is that I grew up in fairhope, but haven't lived there in over twenty years.
I use ringback tones on my mobile, so the call only came thru for maybe half a ring just now....I assume whatever automated system they use recognizes the ringback as someone answering. Still annoying anyway you look at it. I am also in NC, as many of these other posters are as well.
