Wow...these scammers are REALLY showing their stupidity!!!  They're able to manipulate Caller ID...but they're too stupid to use a real prefix!  No numbers here in the USA start with a "1"!!!  Don't even waste your time.  If you can, just pick up and immediately hang up!  Or if you have a phone that allows you to block the number...you can do that too.  That's what I'm doing...
