Who called from 2532050739

I get numerous telemarketing calls from this number. They range from an internet or mail order pharmacy to government grant applications.
They never identify the name of the actual company, only give false names. These callers have very thick accents and names like David or Larry, very common names.

They tried to call and get me to call their number for their accountant.... It felt shady so I looked up the number and found this site.

I missed a call from 253-205-0739 on 8/22/2014. I looked online and saw that 253 is a Washington state area code. I received a call from the same number on 8/27/2014 and answered. A man claiming to be "Michael Smith" reported that he was calling from a federal agency in Washington DC and said something about $9000. Since he lied about his location, I assumed that it was a scam. I told him that if he was calling on official business he should contact me by US post. He said that he would do so and hung up. I received a third call from the same number on 9/3/2014. A man claiming to be "Jeff Moore" said that he was calling from a federal agency. I interrupted him, telling him that I knew his area code was in Washington state, not Washington, DC. I told him to mail me if it was official business, and not to call my number again. He said, "[***] you," and I hung up.

Hang up call from this number.  Called at 8:43 a.m.

No one on the line.
Calls x 2 in the last two days.
Another call came in no caller I.D.
That call was about grant info.  Heavily accented male voice, sounded Asian.  I hung up on this call after saying No thank you and. Good. Bye.
