Who called from 2532050739

Just got a call from this number. The almost indecipherable accent on the other line informed me that he was with the US Department of Grants in Washington, DC, and I was to be given a $9000 grant. They assured me that I would NOT have to pay taxes on it, nor would I need to pay it back (thanks bro, I know how grants work). When I asked WHY I was being offered the grant, they explained that my name and number was on a list of people whom have not filed bankruptcy nor committed a crime in the past 6 months.... (really?! 6 months?) So I asked what name they had on file. Apparently they dropped the phone or something then asked if it was correct, then wanted me to confirm the spelling... I asked for them to repeat the name- in which they rattled off my phone number confirming it was correct, yup, and I asked again about MY name. They then said they did not have my name, just my number and asked for my name to file a claim. I told them I LOVE the idea of free money and all but I'm concerned about giving out my information.
To this, the heavily accented person yelled over me saying yeah yeah! I apologised for sounding rude (though, come on- I was totally nice), as I was apologizing, they again spoke over me saying yeah ok ok ok ok You can just [***] HANG UP!
Um, excuse the [***] out of me?
Unfortunately they did hang up, and when I tried to call back it was a magical busy tone....
Total [***] scam, do not give them any personal information, however I encourage you to HAVE fun at their expense :-)

I cot a call from this number.  The man with an Indian accent stated his name which i forgot, said my number was randomly selected and he was calling from a branch of the united states government offering $9000 in grant money i would never have to pay back.  I told him i was at work and he could email me. He said ok i will email you.  I said... Dont you want my email address?  He said...I have it.    I said ok then what is it.  Then he hung up.

Thick accent & hard to understand! I got frustrated & asked "who the *uck* is this?" He replied "I *uck your [***]!" Then repeatedly kept saying that and the F word with other foul language!!!
Asked for company info & they just kept repeating foul language...

I am in northwest Tennessee and routinely receive calls from this number, among others.  I hope to stop the annoying recorded calls during my classes and while I'm with friends.  They stare at me when I yell about stupid f^©*s calling and me wanting to throw my phone.

same number has called me at least once a day for the past three days, on the last call i told him that i had his name and the number written down so i could report the scam.
