these people are con artist and do not work for any government agency and do not give them any money.  Report them to your local attorney general's office or to the FBI economic crime unit in your city.  They are overseas call center that's why they have broken English and are not calling from the US.

Harassesing calls five or six times a day !

Just got called from this number, some thick accented dickbag said his name was Neil and said a bunch of other [***], something about the government and money thats ALL I could understand from this guy, the name of the "company" he said so fast i couldn't understand, so i said i couldn't understand a word he was saying, and he said what can i do to make you understand better? i said SPEAK MORE CLEARLY, TRY THAT. he had the NERVE to tell me to try opening my ears and then LAUGHED at me, so yeah i said"open my ears?! go jump off a [***] building, [***]" and hung up. SO ANNOYING and maddening...... just wish they would LEAVE ME ALONE.

I would just start yelling at them that I have told you idiots a hundred times and usually by that time they hang up, but they always call back.  I blocked the other numbers they were calling from but now they are calling from new numbers!  It's awful.  I just let my daughter scream into the phone every time they call now. At least then, I am getting some enjoyment out of it.
