Who called from 2532050739

i started getting calls from this and an unknown # today every 19 minutes . I figured it was a scam as the last two weeks Ive been getting many unsolicited calls. I think it started after applying for jobs online.

Someone from this number called me this morning saying they were with the US grants department and that the US government had selected me to receive a $14k grant because I paid my bills on time.  Bahahahaha  Who falls for this stuff?  Anyway, they called me 6 times yesterday from different numbers.  I have told the same lady 4 times to NOT call me again as she was harassing me at my place of business.  Other than block the number, I don't know what else to do.  Blocking the number doesn't really help, because they have called me from 3 different numbers and then 3 other calls the number didn't show up.  I can't not answer my phone to unfamiliar numbers because I am a Real Estate Broker and do business with my cell.  I am really getting frustrated with these people!
