has anyone ever actually had charges pressed against them or the authorities come to get them due to non-payment. i have been speaking to joe kingman and david brown - they have very strong indian accents - would not accept the small amount i was able to pay and told me the cops would be out to get me.
would not give me any information about their company - said they were an undercover investigating team and did not have to provide any info. i gad demaned they email me info - they did but company name, address, phone number don't match up. said they were in florida but had a bogus california address and a washington state phone #.
