I just noticed my call forwarding goes to this number as well. I have looked through my phone and found a "deactivate all" option. Will that deactivate the call forwarding, when your busy, and the other ones so it is not going to someone else? Can I add a new # for it to go to if deactivating is not an option? I have seen there have been issues with my voice mail # as well. Can you tell me what to do about that as well?
Found number on my cell phone someone has a 20 sec. delay to forward all incomming calls and voice mails to this number. I check and clear regularly as it's happened before, Thank you for your assistance, Carol Doneen
This is normal if you are an AT&T cell phone user. This is a voice mail system # for AT&T Wireless. Incoming calls that go unanswered will be forwarded to the voice mail system after 20 seconds.This is perfectly normal .
