I am trying to reach a person that call for a loan,is name was Lee,and his manager was Ryan Miller ,they told me a have to get a prepaid card "green dot pack and to put $150,then later on they told me to put another $115 in the card for the first payment ,then told I have to put another $125 for the bank transaction they charge from state to state..and that the loan will be ready in 30min this was last night .but i been checking my account I don't have nothing yet ,and top of that I am calling them and no answer.they got my money ,

You have been scammed. Since they found a "live one", they were able to scam you multiple times.
If you had $400 to give away, why did you need a loan?

Recognize that NO legitimate company is going to offer you a loan, without their doing some background / credit checks on you, and they WILL generally need a snailmailed, signed contract.
If you or a friend fell for the scam, please try to educate your other friends. The only way to stop these scams is to cut off their source of money!
