I have called back twice as I work in this area and thought someone was trying to get me.  Each time it says the extension is not available.

After reading comments here my suggestion is not to call them back as they will just keep calling.

Called me a few minutes ago. I let it through to voicemail, but didn't leave a message.

Called a little after 8pm, didn't leave a message.
