Received a phone call saying i was chosen to receive a $7,000 grant. The man gave me his "supervisor" number and a money approval number and said i have money waiting at Walmart. Why do this??? I am a single mom who doesn't receive any help. These calls are bull stink

I just received a call saying that I was randomly selected for a $7000 government grant that I didn't have to pay back they told me that I was receiving the grant because I had never filed for bankruptcy and because I pay my bills on time every month they gave me a confirmation number and asked me to walk to a money gram or western union and purchase a $400 registry card once I purchased the registry card I would have to wait 5 to 15 minutes at the most and I would have to stay on the phone the entire time to receive the ID number to release the grant money to me The lady's name was Kelly Brown and I received a call from 253-220-9980 she instructed me that once I spent the $400 out of my pocket for the registry card that I would be reimbursed so when I receive the grant money through Western Union it would be 7400 to replace the money that I had to spend out of my own pocket she also said that I could use the money for whatever I wanted to use the money for as long as I wasn't buying alcohol or anything of that nature they didn't eggs for any of my bank account information but they did have my first and last name the city and state I lived in and my ZIP Code not my personal street address i've gotten similar cost about the same thing the grant money is always different prices and I've gotten these calls several times in the course of three years this is getting really out of hand and ridiculous it needs to stop
