Yeah, and the Do Not Call Registry won't do a damn thing about them...... EVER. No matter how many times you report them calling. If they call 20 times, and you report it 20 times...... NOTHING will be done about them, just like they don't do anything about any other caller.
They said they could lower my VISA credit card to 6.99%. Then they asked for my credit card number. DUH !!! Law enforement please go after these guys before they rob some elderly people.
