It is sad to think that so many "Business Owners" can be so ignorant when it actually comes to business. First off a business CANNOT be placed on any Do Not Call List. Once a number, be it a cell, residence, or business line has been listed anywhere as a business number it is no longer valid for a Do Not Call list. Yes you can spend the time to get your business listed on the front page of Google but it will not stay there. You have to spend about 80 hours a week on a regular basis just to get your business listed. I used to run a SEO company and I have seen many customers who were very happy with the service. Unfortunately, you have "salespeople" who can't sell their mom ice-water who complain that they didn't get paid. And then of course you have the people who were fired who have nothing better to do than to try to destroy their last employer. Then of course you have the companies who have no idea what they are doing... they will spend their time slandering any and all companies who really do know how to get a business listed. What everyone needs to realize is that if someone is unhappy about something then they have all the time in the world to write bad reviews, and unfortunately for some businesses, bad reviews can hurt them. I think it is funny that people mention Yelp reviews, Yelp was created for restaurants and only restaurants. Now they have decided to grow their base and include all businesses. Now Yelp has a scam of its own. If you only use their free service then their Filter filters out most good reviews about your business flooding you with just the bad reviews, BUT, and here is the SCAM, if you pay them and go into a contract with them then the filter changes magically and bad reviews are filtered out and good reviews stay. Once again a place that you all seem to hold so magical is nothing but a blackmail site. Pay me or suffer! lol They are a joke. Now what else can you say bad about any company. I can say this much, when 29 Prime first started out there were problems. As all new SEO companies will face Google is ever changing, so it had some bumps along the road. Now that 29 Prime has teamed up with Ripoffreport.com they have addressed all the complaints from all actual customers. Some people can never be satisfied though, take for instance the business owner who never answers their phone and expects customers to leave a message and they'll return when it is convenient for them. They want to complain that they get no business. What a joke, people found you on the internet and if you don't answer your phone they go to the next number right below yours. So if you want business YOU NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! Look, to anyone who has an issue or a question with anything I am saying please feel free to call or text me at 951-531-4775. It is my personal cell phone so have fun and enjoy your day!
So tired of stopping in the middle of important business matters to be annoyed with a sales call. Two different times I stayed on the line and asked politely to be removed from the calling list and twice I was told "no problem"...another two calls today, how do I make them stop?
Call the FCC and report these calls. I just did. RL Services has called me repeatedly for months and I got tired of it. Their mission is to figure out whether the call is a scam or not. All I ever hear is "press 1 to update your free internet business listing". No identifying person, no company name except what's on caller id.
The FCC's number is 888-225-5322.
A very delightful agent helped take the information.
Not a scam, just a sales call. I have been annoyed by this recorded sales message as well and finally just dialed back. I was given the options of speaking with a representative or pressing 9 a couple of time to be removed from their list. They are persistent, but given the competitive environment of internet marketing these days I can understand. If you own a business you should expect being pitched on any number of services just as you may sell yours. If you are being called on a private cell or land line number you should place that number on the national do not call list and/or take the time to follow a few simple steps to be removed from a list just as you typically can by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of marketing emails. Albeit there are a number of scams and annoying robo calling sales pitches out there, this company as with many others is honorable enough to give the option of removal from their database. You can either continue to be annoyed and angry or take charge of your life with a little time spent and stop whining. To note, when I spoke with one of their sales reps this person did none of the actions posted before me and was courteous in instructing me how to be remove from their list. I have not been bothered since.
Yeah that's a load of crap. You're either one of them or you're friends with one of them. They are not friendly or helpful at all. They are annoying and useless. Been trying to remove myself from their list for 4 months. All I ever get is hangups and nasty comments. I even started out nice. Now I just call them up once a week to cuss them out and bother them like they do me.
