I didn't catch the first part as the recording must have started before the tone, but the last part of the message was stating "you may be eligible for compensation".  Seems like it's a class action suit notification.  I've only gotten my first call tonight.  If it keeps up it will go into the blocked callers list.

At my work number, I had a computer generated message stating, "If you've taken Yaz, you may be entitled to a settlement, blah, blah, blah..."  I don't know what Yaz is, and have never taken it.

Recorded message, something about "Yaz birth Control".  I did not listen to the whole message.  Erased it.  Souded like a lawyer soliciting business.
This number seems to be used for several different solicitations.  This month it is about lawsuit.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
