Apparently, this company is sending out medical alert systems to senior citizens ages 65+. They want you to press 1 to confirm your shipping address or press 5 to let your medical provider this is NOT to be shipped. Once I pressed 5, the call disconnected. I called back and I receive the message that if I want to be placed on a do not call list press 1. I press 1 and it states the message again I press 1. It states the message again. I had pressed 1 a total of 10+ plus times to try and be placed on their do not call list. The call disconnected from their end giving me no confirmation that I have been placed on a do not call list. Nor, am I given the opportunity to talk to a LIVE person to be placed on a do not call list. I am reporting this agency because I have received multiple calls in the same day and this is a robo dialer. I have tried to play their "little games" and now hopefully they will like to play with my "little games".

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
