got robocall on my cell from 253-246-8509 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 01-20-14 @ 1116 AM.
Guess these Foreigners and/or Scumbags do not have MLK holiday off !!!
Credit Card Services recording. Pressed 1 and a Gal came on the line and started her talk......but I blew the "SCAMMER HORN" for a while and she bailed PDQ.
Message is to reduce my credit card rate and this would be my final call! But they keep calling back!! I am on the No Call List - which doesn't seem to matter! I did call them back and told them to stop calling and the person hung up on me! There are instructions to press a certain number if I don't want this call anymore, but they still call! How can they be stopped?! This is very annoying! From reading other complaints - I am not the only one getting these!

I did not recognize 253 area code and did not answer. No message. I'm sure it was the card services people as they call two to three times per month even though I've asked to be removed from their infernal list.
