This is a home security scam. If you tell them that you're on the Do Not Call registry, they tell you to take it up with the FTC then hang up. Just hang up, they're all crooks.

I feel sorry for the people who work at these places, as you know that they're in complete denial about how awful they are.

Phone is listed as belonging to Roger Kovack of Kent WA, according to Intelius.

It's listed as a landline.

If they don't tell you anything about their company, then they might as well be crooks.

CALLS MY HOME PHONE WITH SOME REGULARITY, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.   I CALLED BACK AND GOT A RECORDING THAT IT IS A MARKETING CALL AND BY PRESSING 1, YOUR NUMBER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST.

I received another call today from Cell Phone 253-246-8571. No company name was listed and they do not leave a message.  Area code (253) is Washington state. The Do Not Call registry does not work. Five years ago I registered my number and I still get telemarketer and scam calls.  My phone company AT&T has call blocker. I have blocked this number from calling back.
