It's not a debt collector. It called me and I'm a kid. There's no way I have debt, because I don't even have a credit card. I buy candy and clothes and games at the theme park with cash. I don't have any debt.
I get calls from these fools all the time. A loud "ship's horn" sound, followed by "this is your Captain speaking", and nonsense to make you think you've actually won a cruise that other people pay for, instead of a cheesy come-on for a timeshare, which is what it is.
