In the last week sometimes 4 or more times a day I receive calls from everywhere. Area codes 777, 660, 253, 786, 717 and 3 others from cali. For any and everything. Credit cards,showers, house loans, student loans, computer access. When I have enquired on any of these things. They cry, get rude, and have even expressed some explicit behavior. What can we do. It is relentless...and the area codes are not even in the states when it's all said and done. Greece,Russia, and a man from India. Who appears on multi numbers !! Makin me nuts. Just today before I even got off wrk at 9 am i had 3 missed calls. 2 same #s and one different all 9 min apart!#
This is a spoofed phone number - automated robo-call spammer wanting to give me a new HARP mortgage. Ok, I'll play along....I pressed option 4 to take advantage of this fantastic offer and speak to a real, live person. When the perky little missy came on the line I said in my most polite Spanish, "Hola, con quien hablo?" The nasty little biotch hung up on me, not giving me the chance to harangue her in el español and then switch to OakTown ghetto-speak to finish the job. What nerve!
