Who has this number?

I did but no message

I've gotten the same call from this number and MANY different numbers. 'Hi my name is ___ I'm with the counseling advisor' or something like that then 'can you hear me okay?.... You've made a recent inquiry.' And then something like if I wanted to go to college what would I study.

No message.  Multiple calls in several days.

When I answered, they ask if I can hear them ok.  I hung up.
