Not from this number, but I have received 2 calls on my cell phone now this month from 253-297- numbers. And of course I know no one with these phones numbers.
Both calls weren't answered and no message was left. Nothing found when doing searches online.

Called my cell phone and I answered on the Bluetooth headset thinking it was my daughter. NOT...
SCAMMER - recording said it was "Marriott Hotels" and I won a free stay, press 1 to continue or press 2 to be put on their do not call list.
First the call was illegal on several levels and 2nd why would Marriott Hotels give me a free stay for absolutely no reason since I haven't been a customer.
