He said that my mother of back taxes and that he was suing us out on it and he is not an IRS agent he used the name Tom Miller I called an attorney and this is a scam anybody on you from this number reported to your local IRS office near you
IRS SCAM. Do not fall for it. I received 2 recorded messages from them today saying that the IRS was bringing a lawsuit against me and that I needed to call them back before they proceeded. I believe they are based in India.
IRS Scam _I also got two recorded messages that a warrant was issued. I told the India man on the phone I wanted to speak to someone who spoke English and that I couldn't understand him. He refused kept saying there was a lawsuit from IRS and I owed taxes. I explained to him loudly that this was a scam and he wouldn't be getting any money from me. He hung up! Prior to that I told him if this was real then to send the warrant paperwork to me. I did not give out address or any personal info- except my name because I was trying to tell him he had the wrong number. That I was a hard working person who paid their taxes on time!! I think he got the idea and that I was not going to give him any money.
This caller called me left a message stating that they have a warrant for my arrest and a call back as soon as possible ! Haha scammers ... beware!! Report and block this nu,her
