Recorded message saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against "you" and to contact immediately and repeated the same number that appeared on our caller ID.

This guy that can't speak English so I can understand it says he wants to get in my computer and show me all the errors. I told him I couldn't understand him so he got his supervisor and he isn't much better. He said he is US Teck IT Solutions.
I told him to say goodbye and hung up.
