I received a call from this number at 2:35 PM EST. I did not answer the call and it only shows the above number on my Caller ID. A message was left about an unnamed health insurance plan, with the option of pressing 9 to "remove from our calling list." I deleted the message. Obviously a telemarketer robocall.
Originally from the Tacoma, WA area and thought it might be a friend or relative. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. From reading the comments listed it sounds like a telemarketer.
