Called me twice. It hung up when pick up the phone. I think it is a scam.

Let machine pick it up, nothing but dead air.  Already need a new call blocker, the old one's full!!!

Caller did not leave message. Returned call and got an inaudible message saying, "Please ___ ___ ___ from the list. This may take 24-48 hours. Thank you."  If you hold, the same recorded message replays. Is it a robocaller building a database to sell?  Are they trying to record what time of day our numbers will be answered?
