This caller is from Oxford Global. They are a recruiting firm that calls my company from approximately 34 different phone numbers! They have a long list of engineers that they are asking for, most likely trying to poach from us. They claim to be checking job references but some of the employees they are hassling are coming back to me to say they are asking questions that they don't want to answer and wanting to send them brochures! Sleazy Sales scam!
