Caller ID said UNASSIGNED. I do not answer calls with blocked IDs. They left no message. I figure that legitimate callers will leave a message. I called the number and a robot voice said "the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. Try your call again later. Message 1004". The area code is based in Washington state south of Seattle.
