I just received this same voice mail from 253-455-7687 which the number shows as Auburn, WA. I live in Knoxville, TN and did not answer the call, but the message said the same as the other post submitted. I definitely feel this is a scam!
Call from india accent stating his name and that he is calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury.. ignoring this will be an intential acction and requre appearance befor a grand jury or magistrate judge for federal criminal offence
Called 10:21 Nov 18. "This is David Grey . . . this is a second attempt. . .we are pursuing an enforcement action against you from the US Treasury Dept. . .we urge you to call us immediately. . .(he gave the return number twice) . . . let us help you."
Yep - David is back!! I got my call this morning. I also have gotten this call two other times months apart. The dead give away scam line is "You may be forced to go...Magistrate, which we do not have in this country.
We also got a call from David Grey wanting to help us with a federal felony treasury action but have done nothing wrong. My instincts say it is a scam & to notify police.
