I received a call on my Majic jack number, but since it doesn't work well here in Japan, i did get a voice mail that i'm being arrested. This person on the phone was more threatening thank a Government official. Is there some one I can contact. I've been calling this number, and it answers and hangs up with no voice.
A few suggestions: Know this; No such call would be made to you by legal entities until you receive a registered letter, or summons by mail. Check with your local phone company;s how on their web-site you can block these caller. Also on most cell phones have the same capability. I have Uverse withe AT&T, Log into your account, Under my phone pick Manage my Features. You will find the tools to block these (Morons).

Received choppy voice message about fraud, called number back, foreign speaking lady. Asked her what this was about, she said an officer will call. I told her I am reporting her to the police & she hung up. These people are annoying!
