Virtually all "253-617-XXXX" calls are scammers from a call center in Parkland, WA. Calls about every two hours during the day in the Pacific Time Zone, US. Per Verizon security, its not them, is not a contract collector. Recording asks for "Brent Fondat(?), but never links to an actual person. Wireless data mining? I have had this number for 15 years. Would this really be collectors after 15 years?
