my dad called my parents mortgage company 1 time from my phone and now they call every f-in day yes even on sundays and atleast 8 calls a day. They start at 8:00am and continue up until 9:00pm. This is one of the worst companies out their, they are actually a bill collector that collects third party transferred mortgage loans. My parents were with their loan originator for 10 years, never a missed payment and 1 day their originator sold their loan to a third party who in turn hired Greentree to collect the payments. Beware of this company, they will tell you they can process a refinancing package, only they wait two years before they tell you that you don't meet their criteria. They're a hainous company and every call no matter what it's for is wrought with collection agent mentality and rudeness. If I ever buy a house, I'm still trying to see the security in it. I will make sure I buy it for cash.. Which means I have to move to a new state with lower house prices.
I received a call from this number and they left a voice mail. They said they were Gale (no company name) and they were calling regarding my neighbor and an important personal message for her. They have gave me a name and a unit number even, the unit number did not match anywhere that I have lived previously. They said it was very urgent. Seriously, what kind of company calls lying to you about a neighbor so that you call them back?! Scam/Liars, don't call back.
