Received this call, didn't answer. Says it's from Texas. I do know people in Texas, and my bank is located in Texas, but I don't know this number so I don't pick it up. No message left. When I called back it immediately said "All circuits are busy; please try your call again later" blah blah blah......so I hung up. Luckily I have the option to block this caller and put a "do not disturb" function on my phone, so I won't be getting anymore phone calls from THIS number at least! :)
