I too got an auto dialer/computer vice that left the message: 'Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. Please call us at 202 503 9954, repeat 202 503 9954.'
Caller ID says Salado TX from # 1-254-308-5230.
IRS initial contact is not via phone, email, or text. They will not leave such personal info-- law suit- on a voice mail-- HIPAA laws.

You can file a complaint using the FTC Complaint Assistant; choose “Other” and then “Imposter Scams.” If the complaint involves someone impersonating the IRS, include the words “IRS Telephone Scam” in the notes.
