I didn't receive a call from this number. It was on a scam email I received from the 419 Nigerian scammers. The email stated that I needed to call Dr. Larry Hobbs at this number to ensure my $3.5million USD ATM card was delivered. Dr. Hobbs' address was given as North Carolina, US, but this number is in Texas. Definitely scammers.
