It's the Fraternal Order of Police in Alabama, apparently wanting money. They call all the dang time and apparently they don't care if you have a private number or are on the do not call list. I guess it doesn't apply. They call at all times. 8:30 AM on a Saturday. I mean come on, send me some paperwork to my house.
