This guy is most likely a Scammer preying on Craigslist Posters pretending to be someone looking for room to rent or apt sublet
Modus operandi is to contact you by text and asking for response to an email address [email protected], so using eevn Gmail address to further SCAMMING activities
beware!!!

Contacted me wanting to take over my rent. Then repeatedly ask for mailing address, phone numbers, etc. I got reply saying it was Lauren Warren from North Carolina. Seemed pretty fishy

This is 100% a scammer! Please encourage them to quit doing what they are doing.  These people are very tricky!  I received an e mail from Lauren Warren: [email protected].  This scammer was caught because he/she e mailed me two different times with two different stories worded exactly the same.
Please WATCH OUT!
