I actually don't know what type of call this was for since what came up on my caller ID was 'Local Office'. When I answered there was that lag that you hear when the call connects to the next available telemarketer, but after I repeated myself there was still nothing. Then I got a weird dialing sound that sounded like it was going through static, do you know the kind you get where if you stay on a line too long after a message or something similar, it will start dialing back? That's what it was like. There never was a person on the other end, and if there was they never said anything.
And, they called again, about 20 minutes later. This time I didn't say anything and no one ever came on the line. After about a minute it went to the weird static-sounding dial.
