Person calls - when I answer they say they can't hear me or they have a bad connection and they'll call me right back. They never do. I've gotten several of these calls - from 2 different numbers. My caller ID always says the call is from Cedarburg, WI. I tried calling the number back one time - the line seems to be answered by an answering machine, then within about 10 seconds a recorded voice says "good bye", and disconnects. What can someone gain by calling me then saying they can't hear me?
