Scam collector using a local number. Same robo voice message that other numbers have used. Threatens legal action if I don't submit a statement to include in the file. NEVER identifies themselves as a debt collector (in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act). Other threats that are illegal as well. Trying to scare unsuspecting people into handing over funds.

They called me tonight, saying they would charge me with 2counts of fraud, and would file charges at courthouse. They could not let me know which Payday it was and were giving me 24hrs to pay this debt. They used a local number, but gave me a different number out of state. I am letting my lawyer know. I know exactly which debts I owe and amounts are. I am not giving them any $$ and reporting them to the FTC. Both numbers have repots of a scam.
The firm Legal One is often paired up with the CID of National Check Resolution (NCR). In any event this is a total debt scamming operation. Ignore and block the calls.
