They tried to purchase my vehicle via check and have me send remaining money via Moneygram to the "movers" out of curiosity to how that works i let them send a check and its a badly made fake check, th bank laughed as soon as i brought it in. Messed up thibg though is i took it to the police thinking this must be illegal! And they said just throw it away!
This is a SCAM!!! Texter is trying to purchase a vehicle I'm selling & wants to pay for it with a check! Then (HaHa) once the "check" clears the bank, the texter will send someone to pick up the vehicle. I'm in Washington State, the texter is in Wisconsin, you do the math ... Merry Scammas & Happy Fool Year to everyone, I guess. 'Tis the season ... This person must think people are all stupid!!!
I had a successful deal with this same number last week..He said its a text only number. He bought something from me and sent the money through Western union and everything went well..Now I'm having this same number trying to scam me! Seems this number is so many in circulation with both good and bad ones using them
