Bob from Home Improvement is what the caller said to me.  Make him STOP calling!  I'm not interested in whatever he is selling.

I do not know who you are.  Why do you call and prank me?  Then you call later to say wrong number.  I have relatives all over the States who might be calling about something important.  So, either state the real reason you are bothering me or please leave me and my family alone.
