Also received call today sounded like it was from a busy call center in India saying there was a lawsuit against me for unpaid taxes asking me if I intended to commit fraud or if it was an innocent mistake. Clearly scripted. Did not wait for them to get to the part where they asked if I wanted to take care of it by credit card! Told them to send me something in the mail and they hung up. But then 2 hrs later my phone rang again from the same number. Shows as coming from Lower Moreland, PA
Three calls today, automated, telling me the IRS is suing me and to call them immediately. NOT gonna happen. Another scam in a world of scams. The number is listed as a PA number according to Google.
This number has called me 4 TIMES TODAY! I have not answered one of the calls, they just leave a computer generated voicemail that states the IRS is filing a suit against me, which is hilarious considering the IRS would never do such a thing. The IRS doesn't call you, they send you legal documents in the mail. If you were in trouble with the IRS, they would definitely let it be known. They wouldn't harass you on the phone. COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT ANSWER! At this point, this is harassment and these sham needs to go down!
