Call my job and saying that they were State @ Federal that they were going to put out a warrants for me saying that I owed them money of $1510 they wanted $377.50 today and the rest of it by Friday call my lawyer to informed them about it .
This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt. One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying. They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Big a ty it's scary first got a call from state filing and legal services they threatened me that I had a fraud against me and a warrant then I called her back and she said I had to call this other lady at state and federal arbitration that said I was going to jail if I don't pay 1900 then then she said I had to agree and pay 658 for 3 months and payment by Friday or I'm goin to jail these people make it sound real it's scary what they do to people
There is no debtor's prison in America for over 200 years. They want to scare you into paying. It is called extortion, and if you even pay them once, they will keep coming back for more and sell your name to other criminals as an easy mark. Never let anyone scare you into paying money..
I reported them to attorney general in Missouri they said it's a scam and I reported them to the better business bytes they already had them as a scam so I'm so sick of these people doin this to me and others if any one does this to u turn them in to your state attorney general
